Using the clue contained in 'The Detonator', this cache should be straightforward. Just proceed to the above co-ordinates, and open the box in accordance with the clue.
This is another cache in the "Breaking In" series of puzzle caches. In this case you don't need to open the inner box, just examine it. Without the clue in "The Detonator", though,
you're almost certainly wasting your time.
