Local park in Savannah with plenty of exercise available for children. I recommend visiting this one in the daytime only due to some of the creepies hanging on the outside of Savannah State.
A park with a fair bit of land for a neighborhood recreation spot. Three stages with none being too hard individually.
First stage, goto the posted coordinates and find the neighborhood name written in cursive. Take the first name of this two word neighborhood, and note the letters.

Translate the letters into number using the system where each letter is equal to its corresponding position in the alphabet (i.e. A = 1, B = 2, C = 3, etc.)
Substitute as appropriate to find the coordinates for the stage two.

Stage 2: Find a traffic control device and look behind it. You will find a sticker with a common symbol on it. The symbol's represents a balance between two things that make up its name; the first word three letters, the second four letters. Please note the letters for these words.

Using the same system to get numbers as in stage one, substitute as appropriate to get the coordinates for the final stage and the cache where you can sign your name to get credit for your well-earned smiley.
