Geocache Description:

A cache just out of reach.

If you want to give your dog a treat, bring them along for this cache. There’s lot’s of rabbits, birds, and other animals that have been around and they just can’t get enough of the smells around here. Early in the day of evening you may even see a few rabbits and fido will have a ball.

If you have time, continue down the road another 100 meters and drop into the shop for a coffee – quite a nice spot to spend an hour, plus if you bring the dog there is seating outside.

Been fishing lately? The dam above the coffee shop is stocked with bass and for a few dollars you can try your hand. I’m not sure if it’s catch and release or not. If you’re a real fisho bring your own gear as the stuff I saw was solid glass rods and heavy line.

Across the water from the coffee shop is Mt Penang Gardens. I’ve never been there but it looks impressive. To find out more about the gardens go here (visit link)
