Duluth / Two Harbors

This cache covers a lot of teRRitory between Duluth and Two Harbors. You will probably want to go by automobile. This is a fun one for the family on a short and preTTy drive on the shores of Lake Superior. LiTTle cachers wiLL like this one.
I’LL give you a few hints:

Step A: Your journey starts here:

Substitute the alphabetic doubles for the numeric equivalent, Z=26. (A=1, B=2,...)
Drive on to this spot for your next clue. This object is no longer here it was a lOOn, but is now a mOOse. <----clue

Step B: Substitute the alphabetic doubles for the object you found in Step A here for the numeric equivalent and plug it into to the following:
