Saturday May 13 2006 … A Prelude to Summer BBQ Cache Event
Calling all Cachers! Grab your TB’s & Geocoins and head to
God’s Country. Bring your Tall Tales, and Share your Geocaching Adventures with other Cachers. The More the Merrier!
This will be a Fun day of Caching, followed by some good BBQ and Socializing around the campfire.

There will be plenty of micro and traditional caches, placed along the route and around the area, prior to the event. Coordinates for these will be posted May 10th
I myself will be launching 8 new TB’s and some geocoins
Hopefully other cachers will gather up a few of the bugs stranded in the neighborhood and bring them to trade and move them on toward their goals.
I have rented us a cottage for the day, so there will be bathroom facilities and running water available. The area is secluded so we won’t have to worry about the noise we make.There is a large deck and picnic tables in the yard.
The park is not fully open this early but if anyone wants to camp overnight arrangements can be made.
I will be at the cottage starting at 1100hrs preparing for the evening BBQ…… Anyone can drop by from noon onward.
(Put your Beer in the fridge etc.)
Canoe rides will be available for those interested.
There will be some prize draws
There will be a campfire with hotdogs & marshmallows for the kids. If anyone wants to bring a guitar and sing, by all means do so.
We will continue on into the evening as long as people want to stay.
Supper will begin at 5:30pm

Assorted sweets homemade of course!
Coffee Tea Pop Juice & Water
