Edisto Patto: Although this one has been around over 10 years, I am going to archive it instead of replacing. Looks like the Charleston police is using most of the parking area around the cache location for their unused squad cars and official vehicles..at least on the weekends. Although I did not notice any surveillance cameras, I would suspect they would not think kindly about a cacher driving and walking around their vehicles to get to the cache.
