Yup, you got to go up there. All the way up my friend. I did it from "the" SouthWest Grill. [:0] You should get a great view and expect to be viewed as well.
Originally, you were searching for a small decon container! (4 inch tall by 2 wide). Now the hide is a very large, about 4 inch tall by almost two inch wide, pill bottle. See spoiler pic in gallery. This is a log only, so bring something to write with.
Please try to replace the container just the way you found it to make it as fun for the next "insane" person who has to climb the hill. 
This can be very difficult to find. The coords have been very, very good. If you don't mind the longer walk, follow the old four wheeler road from the area near "Timing is Everything."
