You've got to do a bit of work to find out the true location of
the cache. You must either have done the caches I have listed below
(and have an excellent memory) or be willing to do them. If any of
the ones I have listed become archived, I have also noted down
their original coordinates so that this cache can still be
done.
Below, you will find 10 caches listed (which are no more than
13km from the listed coordinate). I have gone to 6 of them and
taken a photo in some arbitrary direction at some arbitrary
magnification while standing within 4m of the cache. Your job is to
figure out which 6 I took the pictures at. When you have figured
out which picture belongs to which cache, you will use the weight
of the picture (number in the upper left hand corner of the
picture) as the weight of the cache and then determine the final
coordinates by finding the center of mass of the 6 chosen caches.
That is the location of the "Homage to Toronto East Geocaches"
cache and is less than 5km from the listed coordinate.

Notes:
1) In the 3 months it has taken me to set up this cache, one of the
caches has already archived. I though I'd stay true to the caches
I've chosen and use the ones I already picked. If you end up
needing to go to that cache location to check it out, then you'll
have an enjoyable walk through a nice little park with a fantastic
view at the final.
2) The pictures I've taken were taken in the months of January,
February and March of a year with little snow. Take that into
account when deciding which pictures belong to which caches.
3) The final is located in a family friendly park. There are
playground, picnic and volleyball areas there. In the winter, if
there's snow on the ground, don't forget your toboggan, as there's
a small toboggan hill on the way to the cache.
4) There are 151,200 different solutions to this cache, where only
one is the correct one. If you successfully discover the answer
without visiting any of the 10 cache locations, let me know... and,
well Kudos to you for a job well done.

5) If you want to check your math, the supplied coordinate is the
center of mass of all 10 caches where all the weights are 1, except
for GCR9Q8, which has a weight of 6.
6) All the caches I have listed are traditional caches, so I am not
giving any additional information that may speed your finding of
the these caches.
7) The math required to figure this out is relatively simple and
can be easily done using calculator that can display 10
digits.
8) The difficulties noted for this cache are specific to the
figuring out of this cache and the walk from the parking spot to
the cache. All other caches have their own difficulty assigned and
are not taken into account in the difficulty rating of this
cache.
9) If you're having trouble figuring out the "center of mass", do a
google search on that topic. There are lots of web site that
describe 1, 2 and 3 axis center of mass solutions.
10) You can check your answers for this puzzle on
Geochecker.com.
