Området øverst i Nipedalen og den nærliggende Nipen er et mye brukt turområde av de lokale. Etter Tennebekstjernet ble ordnet med strand er området blitt enda mer populært, spesielt på fine sommerdager, da det kommer folk fra fjern og nær. Til tider kan det bli meget travelt og vanskeligheter med parkering, da anbefales det å ta bussen, 70/71, som stopper like ved. For rutetider sjekk her

Addér tallet XXX til Nord koordinatene og trekk fra 20.

Stien starter rett ved siden av buss stoppet. Dette er en bratt, men ikke så lang, tur opp. Vel oppe kan du ta deg en dukkert på fine dager, eller bare sitte ned å slappe av og lytte til naturen før turen går videre. Ved å bruke koordinatene fra forrige oppgave skal du ende opp på en flat stein. Innenfor en radius på ca. 10m er det et antall "store" furutrær.

Ved siste stopp blir du belønnet med en fantastisk utsikt over Lyngbø/Gravdal og videre mot Askøy og nordover Byfjorden. Turboksen ligger ikke nær kanten.

The very top of Nipedalen valley and mount Nipen are areas much used by the locals for walks and relaxation. After Tennebekkstjernet (the lake) was "upgraded" with a man made beach the area has become even more popular, especially on nice summer days, when people come from quite far away to have a swim. Sometimes it's so busy that you will have problems parking, then I recommend to use the bus no. 70/71, which stops not far from the lake. For timetable check here.
The coordinates for this waypoint shows the way to a sign describing the area and also BOF (Bergen og Omland Friluftsråd, an organization maintaining places like this). On this sign, yes it's in Norwegian, you should be able to extract two numbers. The first number you need to find is the number showing how many Beach areas BOF maintains, should read like this; YY strandområder. The next number shows how many areas BOF maintains in total, should read like this; XXX friluftsområder.
Add the number XXX to the North coordinates and subtract 20.
(YY x 11)+3=ZZZ. Add this number to the East coordinates.
The path leading up to the next stage starts right next to the bus stop. It's a steep, but not so long, walk to the top. When you reach the top you can have a well deserved swim in the small lake, especially on hot summer days, or you can just sit down and relax listening to the surrounding nature before you continue on to the next and final stage. By using the coordinates from previous task you should end up on a flat stone. Within a 10m radius there's a number of "big" pines.

At the last stop you're awarded with a magnificent view over Lyngbø/Gravdal area, and further towards Askøy and north Byfjorden. The cache is in a safe position, no need to go near the edges.
