There are many different ways of approaching this cache. It sits pretty at an altitude of 717ft, yet it can be treated as a quick drive by, pleasant walk or a punishing cycle ride.
If you are planning a driveby and you aren't a confident driver make sure you do it in the daylight hours as it is a little tricky at night as one cacher found out. Those with mega driving hours will find it easy enough though.
Stealth required sometimes due to golfers, horse riders and dog walkers.
The cache is a small butty box neatly hidden at this quiet location in Bury. Within it there is the usual log book and stash note along with some childrens paints, fridge magnets, a lucky hand painted stone, Llangollen notepad and some sticky hooks.
The views are fantastic from this cache, I would also like to recommend that you pop in the nearby Pub for lunch if you have the time. (and cache)
This cache trail is used by Horseriders and Dog walkers alike, if you decide to drive by please slow down for them.
