A cache on a well used road / trail following the pipe line.
I was at the sight a year ago and was watched by a person. He could not figure out what I was doing just walking around and waiting. He drove off and very soon came back, I was still there! He was very curious about me. In the end he got bored and drove off for good. and I was able to find the cache. This cache is in honor of him. I have named him George. You are looking for a 50 caliber ammo can.
