Geocache Description:

Parking nearby. Short walk. Take a pencil. No trades, log only.

When I first moved here two years ago, I went exploring in the Black Forrest area and found this park. The next night we loaded up the portable grill and all the park toys and headed out for an awesome evening picnic. We took off our shoes and enjoyed the beautiful grass. It wasn't until I wanted to find the view of the Peak that I realized where I really was. I hiked to the area around the cache and realized that I was at the place that people see when they dream of America at its best. The view with my three kids and wife playing in the field and other families doing the same was overwhelming to me and I fell in love with this place.

I placed this cache to encourage you to head out and experience how lucky we are to live in this amazing place!
