Geocache Description:

This is a small camo cache hidden in a small roadside park near an old Historic Stone Bridge off Rt. 40 east of Claysville. The Bridge is no longer in use. The surface of the Bridge is all grass. Parking is N 40 08.439 W 080 20.983

The S-Bridge is an old stone bridge that was part of the National,or Cumberland Road. Originated in 1805, it was completed to Wheeling in 1818. Over it passed countless wagons and stages uniting the East and the growing West. The mile marker there says 25 miles to Wheeling and 3 miles to Claysville. The Bridge and Park are a great place to visit and have picnic lunch. It is a well kept up park. Help keep it that way. If you find the hide, please put it back the same as you found it. Thanks and have fun.
