Geocache Description:

Park at N51 06.287, E000 58.300 and take a westerly stroll alongside the East Stour River.

Sellindge Converter Station is the UK end of the England-France interconnector, a 2000 megawatt high voltage direct current (HDVC) underground link between England and France approximately 70km in length. Surplus electricity is transferred between the two countries and sold on the open power markets. All payments for this energy surplus is converted between Euro's and Sterling.
Cache is a 20cm x 4.5 cm plastic tube which contained usual assortment of goodies and logbook.

About half a mile each way.
