Geocache Description:

29/122/2018 This frequently muggled cache now has its 5th location! Its gone full circle because its not far from where it was first hidden way back when Pop Up Pirate first set it!

Liverpool Castle was built by William Hesketh Lever, who was born in Bolton in 1851. Lever became a very wealthy man due to his soap buisness which he founded at Port Sunlight. He never forgot his home town and it really is down to him that not only do we have the terraced gardens at Rivington but also that they are available for all because Lever donated them to the people of Bolton. Liverpool Castle was built between 1912 and 1925. It is a smaller scale replica of the ruins of the real Liverpool Castle which was demolished during the civil war in 1725.
