mainiac1957: I went today and it's gone. It may have floated away with the river high. I more suspect that a fisherperson spotted it and decided they had to have it. I guess I won't replace it at the same location. It may come back as another cache nearby. Thanks to all that visited.

Geocache Description:

This is a beautiful spot I had never been to myself, and I wanted to share it with others. It's where Birch Stream flows into the Stillwater River.

This cache was placed here just to give people the opportunity to see a beautiful natural spot. I look forward to doing a little paddling here myself when it gets warmer. I don’t know what the fishing is like here, but it looks like it could have potential. The cache is a two-foot long five-inch wide tube. There is a Maine Geocoin for a FTF prize. As always please replace the cache in the same way as you find it.
