This cache is located in beautiful Eagle Mountain Park, about a four minute walk from the parking and picnic tables. There is a short but moderate decline on a wide, well defined/maintained gravel trail.
This is a small (~300ml) cache containing a logbook, pencil, a couple misc trade items and several items of inherent value. Nothing is specifically tagged as an FTF prize, but if you know what to look for and/or make a lucky pick, at least one item should catch the eye of collectors.
If you're in the mood for a short hike, there are quite a few trails leading to this location from the west, south and east - but if you want to park within 80 meters of the cache, the park gates are open 8AM to 10PM April through October. Suggested parking is at N 49' 18.872, W 122' 48.190 - this is also a gorgeous place to picnic on a nice clear day, as the view from this vantage point is clear across Georgia Straight to the islands. Of course, just watching peacefully for Shoeless Joe Jackson would be just as much fun.
This cache is also accessable at night and during winter months, but you'll have to park at the gate (N 49' 18.727 W 122' 48.316) and walk up the road about 300 meters.
The gate entrance is at the top of Eagle Mountain Drive - be sure you know how to get on to Eagle Mountain Drive as being on this street seems counter intuitive to heading toward the cache location ... save yourself some frustration and don't try to get there via any of the streets that your GPSr will show to the south, unless you're already familiar with the local trail system, or just don't mind the adventure.
The cache location is about 2 meters south of the main trail, but in an open area - no bushwacking required. Having said that, even though the cache is right out in the open, it's "hopefully" disguised cleverly enough to make you spend at least a few minutes hunting for it. This is my first attempt at sneaky cache obfuscation, so I guess I'll really have to wait for some find-logs before I know whether I actually did a clever job or not. Please take care to replace the cache exactly as you found it.
