This is a new cache but was originally part of the “Cool Cache” multi which was stolen and now is archived. . The container has been moved to a new location.
Part of historic Coolidge Point, the Coolidge Reservation is named for the prominent family who came to own the peninsula. The diverse woodland features a mix of oak and pine with numerous wildflowers and ferns, and is home to an array of birds and other wildlife, including fishers and fox. Formed by rocky outcrops, Bungalow Hill offers views of Magnolia Harbor. Clarke Pond, once a tidal saltwater marsh, was cut off from the sea nearly a century ago when the inlet was filled. Several acres of wetlands, grading from shallow marsh to shrub swamp, surround Clarke Pond.
Except for a small section from the parking lot the trails to this cache are flat and wide. Some minor bushwacking is needed at the cache site which is not far from the trail. There may be muggles passing by so use discretion. Be sure to check out the beach which is just a short distance further along the trail.

The cache is available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM until sunset.

Mother Nature has made some drastic changes to the original location where this cache was placed but I have placed it as close as possible to the original location.

There is parking for about 10 cars at 42 34.792 70 43.526.
If the lot is full there may be parking along the road near the lot.
