Koolrat 2: Thanks to everyone that took time to visit my cache. It was fun while it lasted... The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) recently adopted new rules regarding the placement of caches on former Fort Ord property. We disagree with the implementation of these rules, which in my opinion were ill conceived and hastily adopted. Due to this fact, we have opted to remove our caches from BLM property. -- Koolrat
