Rugged 4-Wheel drive, ATV, or Dirt Bike necessary. If you can't get back up don't go down it. You can not follow the road out, as it goes onto private property.
As far as we could tell the actual reservoir is a private hunting reserve, but the overlook is BLM land. This is an Ammo can. Initial contents include a white jeep TB, a 4H TB, crayons, shaving cream, Seahawks Antenna Ball, bandaids, 20" bike tire innertube (new), 2 glue sticks (new), a log, and maybe a few other items, I've forgotten. One thing I did forget was a pen or pencil, could the first person to find please leave one for me (thanks).
