I drive by here often and for over two years I have been waiting for a cache to pop up here. Since it hasn't happened yet, I thought I'd take care of business myself.
With the Coloma event next month which is turning out to be an annual event, thought this would be a good time to do so.
Reception was lousy for me here, hence the difficulty. The hint should help tremendously. If you get better coordinates, please feel free to post them.
