Geocache Description:

You're hunting a 2 quart camo'd lock & lock located in one of Lakeland's many parks. Park hours are 7:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. (Summer Months) and 7:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. (Winter Months). Leashed pets are welcome except in playground areas and ball fields.

You'll pass a number of good fishing spots on the way to this cache. The area is home to numerous bird species, and we saw a gator swim by as we were placing the cche. Though the walk is short, the terrain rating is accurate...take care. The cache is NOT accessible from the Polk Parkway, no matter what your GPSr may try to tell you, and you do not have to pay a toll to search for the cache. Please replace the cache as found, as many fishing muggles frequent this area.
