BNA Airport TB Hotel – Cedar Hill Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Tn cacher: Greetings from Geocaching.com.

It looks like your cache has been under the weather for some time. While we feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. So that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if you haven’t done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.
If you are in the process of replacing or repairing your cache please e-mail me in response to this archival, and I will unarchive your cache.
After we posted a note to you cache requesting a response from you to post what you were planning to do with the cache on the page and sending us a note. We have no record of a response, and no response tells us that you are not planning on replacing, or repairing this cache if we are wrong with that assumption please let me know.
I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running in the future.

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Management would like to announce that our expansion to the hotel is complete. We have tripled site and now have accommodations for many more bugs wishing to stay.

Located close to Nashville International Airport, this cache is ONLY for travel bugs to help them on their travels. Please be prompt to log in/out when you “check-in” or "check-out" a bug from this hotel.

You are in search for a regular container containing a disposable camera. Please take a picture of you and your TB guest when you “check in” or "check out". Return the camera back in the cache and I will be developing the photos and will place them online for all to see.

The cache is in a residential subdivision called the Town Park that most of the homes were removed by the Airport Authority several years ago due to the increase of aircraft noise related to runway 2R-20L. Please access the cache from the south, as an office park is located north of the cache and access can be very demanding. Be advised that there is one house remaining on the dead end street; please use your best judgment in locating the TB hotel as we wish not to disturb the people at the office complex nor the one resident.

Please do not take ALL the travel bugs. It's OK to take more than one if you can genuinely help them along, but try to let everyone have a chance to participate. It's OK to just stop by and pick up a bug without leaving one, if you can help it on there journey.

When you “check in” a travel bug, write its goal in the log book so that people can decide which bug to take. Or you can print the bug's page and place it in a Ziploc bag with the bug. Please do not take or leave anything except travel bugs, geocoins, and wheresgeoerge dollars.

Congratulations to TB Pooh Bear as the first guest staying at the hotel.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO LOG ALL BUG TRANSACTIONS IN THE LOG BOOK AND ON THE WEB PAGE.

Rules of the Hotel:

1. Guests may check into the Hotel during daylight hours only.
2. No loud music.
3. This is a non-smoking establishment.
4. Only one find per geocacher, please. Additional visits should be logged as notes.

The management wishes you a very pleasant stay and safe travels on your journey.
