Geocache Description:

Easy terrain, park and grab, BYOP. Cache is inside of park and no need to walk in woods or high grass areas.

I checked for a muggled cache but was happy to see it was still in place. What had happened was someone or some how the cache became buried. I found a few rocks and stacked them on top of cache. 6/23/06

White film container.

NOTE: 600 Confederate soldiers are remembered at this park. This is a memorial park and no one is actually buried here. Although the sign may say 600 soldiers buried here they have been moved years ago. There are no graves, tombstones, or marking of graves.
