Geocache Description:

This cache is on a walk to the iron age hill fort on one of the three hills known as Yr Eifl (The Rivals). The walk is up the hill nearest to Llanaelhaearn off the B4417 to Nefyn.

From the cache you can continue to walk up the hill to the hill fort, this can be a bit of a scrabble over the rocks as the path becomes just loose stones in places. It is worth the walk for the spectacular views of the Llyn Peninsular where you can see the two coastlines and look down on the surrounding hills from the top. Whilst not locals we visit this cache many times a year and also have friends in the area to help maintain this cache. Parking for a few cars is in two laybys off B4417 at N52 58 250, W004 24 932.
