Located in a very public place that requires stealth, especially in the late afternoon, evenings and weekends. Very popular area used quite frequently for exercise.
The cache container is a camouflaged pill bottle hidden in an unusual way. There is no room for trade items and you will need to BYOP. No tombstones or flower arrangements will need to be touched. Wheel chair accessable, but for those using a wheelchair, the hint should be checked first.
