An easy cache just off the Lions Lake Trail, mostly flat terrain around the Woolwich Reservoir near Floradale Ontario.
The cache is a plastic container located just off the trail, about a kilometer walk from the parking area. Parking is at N43 37.324" W080 33.981". The entrance to the parking area is at 7224 Reid Woods Dr during the warm season. The gate is closed from October to May. Alternate all year parking is available at Floradale Park, which can be accessed via a laneway at 12A Florapine road. From the Reid Woods parking area head to the trail entrance at the bush (do not cross the dam). The trail is a loop that encircles the Woolwich Reservior. The whole loop is 7km. The cache is about 1 km from either the Reid Woods parking area or the Floradale Park parking area.
The Woolwich Reservoir is a man made lake located near Floradale Ontario. There is a 7 km trail that loops around the lake. The trail was established and is maintained by the Elmira Lions Club. This is one of many trails in Woolwich Township. In total there is about 90km of trails in Woolwich.
