Geocache Description:



Westmoor Park is a great place for the family! It is home to 162 acres of diverse habitat and is located in West Hartford. There is a demonstration barnyard here with a lot of farm animals. The barnyard is open from 9 am to 4 pm daily and there is no fee.

There are 3 miles of trails here including one-half mile of handicapped accessible trail. The grounds and trails are well kept and open from dawn to dusk daily. Because of the farm animals, no dogs are allowed in the park. No bicycles are allowed either. There are letterboxes in the park as well.
