Geocache Description:

Ammo box. Log and pen available.

The hike to this cache is reasonably short. The terrain is a different matter. Definitely not for children. And not for someone with bad knees or lack of balance. You will need to slide, scoot or otherwise get down a concrete embankment. I walked but I have superb balance. At the time of planting this cache it is dry season so the creekbed is very low so you can get part of the way on the rocky, soft sand. If the water is up (which it hasn't been for a long time), then you can still get there but will be tricky. Then you will have another upward climb to reach the cache. It is quite possible if you have great eyesight or some binoculars that you might just get a view of the cache from roadside.

NOTE: It was nice short grass when I planted this cache. I noticed in May that it had grown up quite a bit and is very hairy going, not impossible but definitely hairy.

SWAG: This is a cache for our best friends....our dogs, our pooches, our snookims. There is a variety of dog toys. Your dog can probably get to this cache much easier than you can. You can trade any items, doesn't have to be dog items.
