A quick park and grab micro
Even though this is a park and grab micro, tarry awhile. Although we can not put caches on Audobon Society land, we can still appreciate it. This is a great spot to take the kids fishing and there are limited hiking trails. The gem of this area is the paddling opportunities. When I lived in the area, this was my favorite after work paddle. You paddle from the hubbub of the interstae highway system into the secluded back reaches of the forest environment. There are many birds and animals to observe if you are quiet and take your time. Bring your fishing pole or boat and enjoy!
