Geocache Description:

The coordinates will take you to
the new Tree House at Wilson Park
Explore and enjoy this new construction
by yourself and with your kids
Here you are to determine the maximum number
of people allowed

Log Only - Bring your own fine point pen and tweezers
No stickers please: Be considerate
Stickers will make it hard for others to remove the log

This is California's first universally accessible tree house in a public park.

The Forever Young organization built this structure with the city's support
and a grant from the Annenberg Foundation.

The philosophy of this organization is that everyone should be able
to spend at least one afternoon in a tree house,
regardless of his or her age or mobility.

One goal of the treehouse was to make it accessible to disabled
and special needs children and young adults.

To find the cache subtract the maximum number
of people allowed on the Tree House
from the decimal part of the latitude minutes.
Finally, add 20 to the result.

Then, add the maximum number of people allowed
on the Tree House plus one gross + 4 to the decimal
part of the longitude minutes.
This will take you to the actual cache.

UPDATE:
The maximum occupancy sign is now gone.
The maximum occupancy was a two digit number.
There are two boards with stick figures at the entrance of the tree house.
The first digit is the number of stick figures on the right board.
The second digit is the "total" number of people in all the stick figures in both boards.

Geocacher Nostalgia: June 2023 = UPDATE:
The magnificent wooden construction is totally gone!

But the cache is still there in the original location!!

Find your way to the picnic tables and restroom area
Look for a vertical yellow number with 7 digits and an M on top
The 5th and last digit = 'number of people' to solve the puzzle
