Cache container located at the beginning of Escarpment Road Trail. The path is pretty well hard packed with fairly flat terrain; this should be wheelchair and stroller accessible. This is not a difficult cache and walking a long distance is not necessary. I’m not putting a hint unless people are having difficulties.
The trail starts at the visitor’s center, pick up a map at the center and bring water. You will be able to log several caches, currently a total of seven caches are on the trail. The cache is located in the CEDAR RIDGE PRESERVE. At an elevation of 755 feet, Cedar Ridge Preserve is a slice of the hill country just 20 minutes outside Dallas. Located at 7171 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75249, Cedar Ridge Preserve is a not-for-profit natural habitat of 633 acres featuring 10 miles of hiking trails, a native plant nursery, butterfly gardens, and picnic areas. Hours: Sunrise to Sunset, Tuesday – Sunday.
Again, this is way to easy for a hint, but we're putting one so someone does'nt come all this way for these caches and not be able to find them. PLEASE DON'T USE IT UNLESS YOU HAVE TO! It will spoil the hunt!
