Geocache Description:


In recently hitting the caches at The University of Toledo, I was shocked to discover that my alma mater had been neglected. The College of Engineering is in it's own section on the other side of Douglas. So, I figure, it's only appropriate to place one here. But, it wouldn't be right to place a cache at The College of Engineering without requiring some math to be done to find it.

Below you will find a number sequence, and your job is to figure out the following two numbers: 4, 6, 12, 18, 30, 42, 60, 72, 102, 108, ?, ? Once you think you have figured this out (I didn't pick this one because I thought it was easy), take the 1st number and multiply it by 3. Then subtract it from N41°39.(751). With the 2nd number, multiply it by 7 (If you get a number larger than 1000, just disregard the first number (ie 1659 -> 659)), and add it to W83°36.(353). These coordinates will take you to the cache. Also, I kept the log small so that it will be easier to get out of the cache. Please post a note if it needs to be replaced. Good Luck!
