ar_kayaker: Finally got out and removed this one. I still may put another cache in the park, but not for now.

Wet weather can make the walking trails mucky and somtimes even put parts of the park underwater but the cache should not be affected (though hunting for it might become hard if the paths become impassible.)
The new first stage is an unusual micro/sub-micro with only coordinates to the second stage. It is going to be tough and is the reason for the difficulty level. I've added a hint that may help.
