Near the truck weight scales east of Jasper Park gate.
Park at N53 17 269 W117 43.620. Go in the woods and find Mr. Burl
at the above given coordinates. He is watching Hazel the wicked
witch, (lives in an ammo box) she has captured six children and
three of their dogs plus a couple more toys. Try to save one child
and give it a good home, you should leave something in it's place
or else she will cast a spell on you that will make it twice as
hard to find caches in the future.
