Geocache Description:

This cache was originally laid in two parts for the East Anglia Event cache on Saturday 22nd April 2006. The cache has now been modified but the artistic licence of the original cache remains! The coordinates above are for convenient parking at the Maltings.

Captain Redbeard was a cutthroat pirate many years ago. He sailed the sevens seas with his band of shady sailors, aboard his ship the Jubilee.The crew were untrustworthy like the Captain. So it was not surprising that one night when the Captain was sleeping off the rum from dinner that Shipmate Martin crept into the ships hold, and stole the treasure! Once Captain Redbeard realised that his treasure had been stolen he was hot on the trail. So Shipmate Martin hid the treasure and left clues to where it could be located.

It is up to you to find the treasure before Captain Redbeard........

Now go to the Dutch boat Grietje(Peggy). Ship Rigger Robin from Captain Redbeards crew lives aboard. The sea air sent him mad so try not to wake him!

Please note when going for the micro, cross the bridge before crossing the road. Caution at micro site as there is some barbed wire in the area.
