An excuse for a mountain bike ride out to the scenic overlook in the Kerrville-Schreiner park.
This one is located along the ORANGE trail. You are looking for a cammo-taped peanut butter container that has been hidden about 20 feet off the trail, no bushwacking required.
The Kerrville-Schreiner city park is located close to where Loop534 crosses HWY173. To get into the park you will first have to stop by the park headquarters and pay an entrance fee. 2024: Max Car Load $16, Adult (13+) $8, Child (3-12yrs) $4, Senior (65+) $4, Veteran $0. Recommended parking is at Trailhead #3. Then hike the red, green and orange trails to reach the cache.
