A REAL Travel Bug Hotel, Resort, Spa, and Casino….. has several attributes:
1. Easy access off of a major highway, by travelers moving in either direction.
2. Quick Grab-and-Go. The container should be a short walk from parking.
3. Large container for a lot of TB’s, or a few larger ones.
4. Generally there are no trading items -- just Travel Bugs!
5. Enough privacy so the cache doesn’t get Muggled.
This cache is in the small Westway Preserve in Southport, near the Sasco River. It is off of Exit 19 of Route 95. Your total time off the highway should be less than 15-20 minutes. The cache is 250 feet or so from parking. The container is a 50-caliber ammo box. The roads in the area are confusing for out-of-towners, so here are directions to the preserve:
NORTHBOUND:
1. Route 95 Northbound to Exit 19.
2. Turn right onto Center St. at the bottom of the ramp.
3. Under the RR bridge, turn right on Pequot Ave.
4. Next right onto Westway Road.
5. Under RR and 95 to a stop sign. The preserve is across the street.
SOUTHBOUND:
1. Route 95 Southbound to Exit 19.
2. Proceed straight through a Stop light, straight through the next intersection, then turn left onto Center St.
3. Under the RR bridge, turn right on Pequot Ave.
4. Next right onto Westway Road.
5. Under RR and 95 to a stop sign. The preserve is across the street.
GETTING BACK ON THE HIGHWAY:
6. Go back down Westway under 95 and the RR tracks.
7. Turn left on Pequot
8. Next Left on Center St. Go under the RR tracks.

9S. If Southbound, go under the highway, and left onto 95 South

9N. If Northbound, just before you go under 95, turn right on Rennell Dr.
10N. At the END of Rennell Dr. turn right onto the Post Rd. then immediately left onto 95 North.
