Easy to get to - bring the whole family
Read the memorial about the Birkenhead shipwreck. For interest's sake, take a sighting along the groove at the top of the memorial towards the rock the ship foundered on. Walk approximately ten metres away from the memorial towards the sea; turn right along the pathway. Turn right and approximiately ten metres along the path, look for the cache.
The official opening times are as follows:
10h00 to 12h30 and
13h00 to 15h00
