Primary Parking for this cache is at N42°55.004 W078°46.323
Find the access driveway at N42°55.016 W078°46.278 to the ball diamond parking area.
This cache shouldn’t be too difficult, but will require you to do some hiking. For being a small park, you will be walking most of it! There are three legs and a final, which is a retired plastic camo coffee can!
Again, DO NOT HUNT DURING GAME TIME!
This is a “special use area” that is used for “Baseball only”! At times (during game time), this will be difficult to do! Only leg one and two will put you in spot that will require more stealth than skill.
There is nothing special about the legs on this one, you’ve seen them before!
The “Only Requirement” to find this cache is that you must write 20 words or more about your experience!
Yes, you Lame Loggers – that post “found it” will be deleted asap. You are warned in advance!
Yupp, my ego about caching experiences, and simple lame logs have clashed!
There is more to caching than a “Found It” log! I’ve found even grab and go’s – can have something nice said about them!
Also, look and hunt for McNaughton Field by HuckleBuckle (GCT6YD) (visit link)
which is across a large flood control drainage ditch, and those baseball diamonds actually have a different name “McNaughton Field”!
Please do not night cache here! There are many homes surrounding this park, on various sides.
I didn’t see any signs about our four legged (dogs) friends not being allowed. But I would make sure to have them on a 6 ft. or less leash. That is usually, the Town of Cheektowaga’s rule, in most parks.
