Geocache Description:

In honour of the organizers and hosts of the local Go And Get 'Em events (Tick, Nammie, Finnegan and Seamus), I felt it was time to put out my very own Gnome cache!

The hide is along a family friendly trail system familiar to local cachers, and is accessible at all times of the year. You can choose to take the long or short way to the cache, but either one will reward you with a pleasant walk and hopefully a good laugh at the end. Feel free to take pictures of yourself at the hide with Phillip the Gnome, but please keep with the family friendly theme.

When placed, the cache contained:
  • Headlamp w/batteries
  • Smiley face lanyard
  • Business card holder
  • Car Cassette Adapter (to play CD / MP3 players through your cassette deck)
  • 2 Native dream catchers
  • Toronto paperweight
  • Super sized wallet
  • Pasport holders
  • Misc. dollar store stuff

The container is a large ammo box with the typical sticker on the side. The last 40 meters or so are down a small hill that is slippery when wet, hence the slightly elevated terrain level. Be sure to try and maintain the camo job as best you can so that the little guy does not get muggled anytime soon.
