Easy access...even for wheel chairs. Most likely reachable by wheel chair too.
Cache is located in the "gateway area" for Foothill Ranch. At least that's what I think it is. Looks like this is the one where fire shot out the top. Won't happen anymore unless you want a big fiery torch. Looked all over for a history on this, but none I could find.
Make sure you re-hide well out of view, but please keep it in the same spot.
Park near N33 40.723 W117 39.735. The cache is 3ft or so off the ground in a 'geo hole' within inches of a pipe covered in baby blue.
