Geocache Description:

Absolute easy location, drive up. Stealth required. 24 hour access.

Log only, one small item for the first finder. Not quite a micro, cache is big enough to hold the occasional small small token. I have, since 05/02/06, bumped the difficulty rating up to a 2 since I have only a 50% success rating on this cache. I think the building may knock off the coordinates a bit. Keep logging your finds and not founds so I can track the success please... happy cacheing.
