Geocache Description:

A short hike along the AT

I own a cache called The North Carolina DeLorme Challenge. In order to find the cache you have to have found a cache from every page of the NC DeLorme Atlas. Page 12 had no cache. Now it does!

I had picked a spot on page 12 and hit the "Go To" button. I had no idea that the Appalachian Trail was in the vicinity! There is a small pull-out for a few cars and the AT should be readily apparent. The cache is hidden about 0.2 miles along the trail, and then about 100 feet uphill from the trail. You are looking for a medium-sized Lock&Lock container. Please rehide it at least as well as you found it!
