Geocache Description:

Near the Levee of the river Swale, just off the road.
Recently refurbished following flooding during the winter, new log book installed

If you're driving, park in small lay-by near gate to public footpath of walk along the banks of river Swale. Turn right after entering field and continue along raised grassy bank.
This bank was man-made by prisoners of war to prevent flooding of the river. The walk will take you along the river via the bank then back to the main road where you can return to the starting point(a walk of about 1 mile).
The cache is placed about 100m from gate entrance near a small stream.
