Start at Brezzo di Bèdero or at the "Villagio Ollandese" and follow
the marked trail (V3 - Bedero Valtravaglia - Sette Termini) down to
the bridge in the valley (N 45° 58' 38'' / E 8° 43' 29'' or in
minutes: N 45° 58.636' E 8° 43.499'). From there, follow the
rivulet downstream. You may have to climb over some trees etc. as
the nature is rather wild in the area.
Imagine hydrangea ("Hortensien" in German) grew in the center of
the furt, where the trail crosses the rivulet. From the imaginary
top of the fully grown bush, look exactly westward. There, the
cache is hidden. After you found it, follow the trail downstream to
Germinaga to enjoy some ice cream. Even Linda (3 years old)
completed that trail (but the ice cream was essential :-)
Small note on cache maintenance: We don't live
there, but have a frequently visited holiday home very
close.
