‘Thats The Badgers Travel Bug Hotel’ is a simple offset cache consisting of one virtual cache and a small actual cache.
I have called it a travel bug hotel as it is only a few minutes drive from the motorway therefore anybody travelling through the area could stop here for a break and drop off a travel bug.
Having said that it’s not exclusive to travel bugs, please use the cache as a normal cache as well!
There is plenty of parking in the road near the virtual cache as this is all but disused and more like a huge lay-by.
Start at the virtual cache which is located at: N 51°35.456, W002°38.057. Which ‘way’ does the sign point? The ‘way’ in which the sign points = X.
The cache itself is located at:
N 51°35.(X-1)19, W002°3X.(X+1)62.
Once you have finished the cache there is a nice walk along the beach near the old Severn bridge (M48).
