samy!: We called in today on our way home from competing in an Event south of Timaru.
Found there is a big fence keeping cars out and it has become overgrown and untidy.
The picnic table is still there and the steel dish that showed what could be seen but now no views as such.
Thanks to all who enjoyed it.

Geocache Description:

This should be an easy to find cache.

This is the place where our kids always call "Nearly there" as we drive past it on our way home after long trips.
There is a nice view of Nelson from here.
It used to be located on the main road, but due to road re-alignment it is now 300m off the main road.

We were disappointed when we were there as there was a bit of rubbish about. Due to this we thought it woud be a good cache to practise CITO, we took two bags out with us.

This could also be a handy place for TB's to rest in. The container is a 600ml screw top.

Please ensure the cache is well hidden when you replace it.
