Right on! You are invited to a thrilling adventure here, right in the Rila mountain, seeking for the Monastery cache! And what a cache that is! It has a long story! It was named “The Impossible Cache” for some time now; since it turned out to be impossible. Read the story below…
“The Monastery Chache - yet The Impossible !

This cache was intended as The Monastery Chace, but yet it turned out to be The Impossible. The location is nice ( could be partly used as a Virtual Chache ), and there is also one more chache nearby, so it won't hurt to go for this one, but you'll find it, yet never pull it out...
It stucked into a small hole into the rocks. Pictures will guide you to the exact place, so you may narrow your search. Take the pics with you, so you can be sure you are looking at the right place... then put your camera in, if it is small enough and take picture with flash - you will see the cache on the pic. But it is possibly impossible to reach it... unless you have some tools with you, of course. Maybe a hammer or HILTI to break the rock covering the chache, or some real though gloves to protect your hand from the snakes in the summer, so you can reach in, if your hands are long enough... in winter there are no snakes at all. But who could have a hand so long ? Okay. I guess i totally discouraged you. Nice, as the chache seems so impossible to me, that i was going to offer a 100$ award for taking it out and placing it in another yet easier hole somewhere around. Who could manage to do THAT ?

OK. But now, and with special thanks to JosyBravo, the cache was found and replaced on a new spot, very near the first one! So, it’s not the Impossible anymore; but it’s what it was meant to be – The Monastery Cache indeed. Hidden in the calm woods surrounding the old Rila Monastery, this cache and all items in it is fully charged with the magical energy of this place. Don’t forget to visit the nearby cave – there is a saying that if you are able to pass quietly and silently thru the cave, your sins will be cleansed. I’m sure you’ll do well over there. And best of all, happy caching!
