Placed south of Springbok just inside the property on a farm that has a B+B and campsites just where the N7 and the Namaqualand park roads meet.
When passing through a little village called Kammieskroon in the heart of Namaqualand, an area well known for its colourful floral displays of winter flowers, we stayed over at this little 200 year old farmhouse nestled snugly between huge granite outcrops. We asked the farmer if we could place a cache on his property and he was delighted and quite fascinated when I explained Geocaching to him. This tranquil setting and guest house is steeped with history and a great stopover if you are in the area. Remember to close the gates behind you. The cache is a 2ltr ice cream tub wrapped in a black bag.
Contents: 7 items (the wife was feeling generous) Pencil crayons, folding hairbrush, telephone / address book key ring, a soft toy, ceramic cupid doll, a rubber ball and a yoyo.
